Our paths crossed at university. The rest is hackathons, research and a lot of debugging.

It started in the Data Science Club at PJATK in Warsaw, with hackathons, research projects and too many late nights with data. After a few years of building systems in large organisations, we got back together and in 2024 made it official as Mounts.AI.

Today we work with growing companies and startups, from the first workshop to production. When a project needs skills beyond our core team, we bring in people from our network of AI and engineering specialists.

We speak at industry events and teach AI at PJATK. For teams, we prepare talks and workshops: AI basics, real use cases from our projects and using AI with company data safely. Fresh stories from our work land on our LinkedIn.

We start from the process
A model is one part of the engine, not the whole car. We map your workflows and check the data first, so the technology fits the process and not the other way round.
We build systems, not demos
Working automation that people use every day, not a notebook that only runs on one laptop.
We test early and often
Clear goals, fast tests of each idea and short feedback loops. Surprises are fine. Late surprises are expensive.
